Time to make the dressing!
I make my own salad dressings that can also double as marinades. I do my best to avoid putting things in the body I cannot pronounce and as well as control salt, sugar and toxins. Today was apple cider vinegar dressing day.
Apple cider vinegar is rich with anti inflammatory properties and is good for the liver and kidneys. I use a touch of raw locally grown honey for sweetness. A little fiber in the chia seeds, who doesn’t love garlic, and evoo for healthy oils. I put a dash of mustard in for fun.

There’s link a picture of link him with the back blade hanging down a full five inches longer than the front. Talk about nonchalance. He knew what he was doing, and he could break the rules because he knew them so well. Clearly, this was a guy who knew he link didn’t need to impress. But he did.
