Born in the Twilight Hours

This book, Reversing Cirrhosis, was born in my 3am thoughts. Those are the thoughts which reside in the deep, emotional recess of the mind. On that place where all of the fears, worries, and need for answers kept me from sleeping, unable to rest.
So while I healed, I began to write, straight from the heart, raw and unfiltered. I just needed to get it out and see what could come back to me, and I found a beautiful tribe of people, also living in that twilight space, between sleep and full awakening, searching the universe for answers.
Somewhere along the line those answers rolled in, and life began to change. Nearly everything inside and out unraveled and reworked, mounding me into a new version of myself that was healthier, stronger, and much more alive.
Once I realized that I had the makings of a book, one that I hoped would help others like me, I was blessed to find a team of people who possess the wisdom and talent that helped me to reign in my thoughts, bringing my words more depth and clarity. I am so grateful to all.
This book release is much like letting your child leave the nest. It has been growing inside for so long and now I hope that it has the depth and power to help others. This is so important to me.
Giving thanks to all who played a part in this work. I am incredibly happy to be able to share it with you.

Second is link that given that this watch link celebrates Greenwich Mean Time and is made in partnership link with Greenwich’s Royal Observatory, it’s curious that the Longitude doesn’t have a GMT function. But then maybe that would have taken away the emphasis on continuing the lineage of British watchmakers, which, in fairness, has nothing to do with dual time zone watches.
